Frankie Edgar confirms UFC Japan Title defense against Ben Henderson

Shortly after the conclusion of Saturday's UFC on Fox event, UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar confirmed reports that he'd be defending his title at the UFC's first event in Japan since 2000, commenting briefly on his newly determined challenger, Ben Henderson.

"Benson is a great fighter and I'm looking forward to facing him in Japan in 2012," Edgar said in a statement (via USAToday.com). "I'm going to bring everything to the table to defend my title. It's going to be great fight."
