Quinton Jackson was under the impression that he would not be fighting at UFC 144 in Japan this February when he tweeted "It don't look like I'm fighting in Japan, which I'm not happy about at all" earlier this week, but things have changed as the former UFC Light Heavyweight Championship now has a bout for the card.

UFC co-owner Lorenzo Fertitta confirmed to ESPN.com today that Jackson will face former TUF winner Ryan Bader at UFC 144.

Jackson made his name fighting for the Pride organization in Japan and had hoped to be able to return to the country that helped make him famous.

Bader got back on the winning side of things this past weekend at UFC 139 when he defeated Jason Brilz. He had lost back to back fights earlier this year to Jon Jones and Tito Ortiz.

Rampage himself fought Jones in his last fight, losing to the current Light Heavyweight Champion in the fourth round at UFC 135 in September.
