We start with Roland Delrome showing his infected foot to others in the house. That thing is swollen huge. I'm not sure if he'll be able to fight with that thing. Team Miller is training now. Rafael Cordeiro comes in to talk to the guys. He's showing the guys tips and tricks on their striking. A lot of the guys are really digging what he's teaching.

Team Bisping is training now, and Tito Ortiz comes in to help them. Tito is helping the guys with their ground-and-pound. Again, the guys are really digging the lessons Tito is giving. Back at the house, members of Team Bisping are complaining about T.J. Dillashaw wanting the easy round to the finals. Some of the team plan on giving T.J. a hard time during training. Diego Brandao and Akira Corassani are the ones who plan on going rough on T.J.

At Team Bisping's training session, Akira and Diego go rouhg on T.J. and it starts leading to problems. They're going too hard, and T.J. is getting pissed. T.J. takes it out on others, leading to big arguments. The coaches try to settle things down. Michael Bisping isn't happy with Akira. They have a team meeting and squash things, sort of, but not really.

Jason "Mayhem" Miller is waiting for Roland to come train after getting cleared by the doctor. Roland's weight was good, the only good thing about his infection. Roland says his pain levels have decreased a good deal, though he feels a bit sluggish. Mayhem wants Roland to work hard, but not tire himself out. Team Bisping is training again. T.J. is working on his striking. Bisping feels that T.J. is the most complete guy in the house. Some construction equipment is rolling up. Mayhem is placing huge concrete barriers around Tiki's vehicle.

Battlefield 3 is a really good game, but the lag is really sapping the fun. They need to fix that. Skyrim and Saints Row: The Third are my 2 most anticipated games. Those games are going to be so damn cool. I got them both pre-ordered and paid for, that's for sure.

Back to the show, the weigh-in is next. Nothing of note happens, as per usual. Both teams feel that their guy is going to win. Roland sold a restaurant he owned before coming to the house. T.J. says he can't wait for the fight. He also says he's not going to be a boring fighter, he attacks you. Roland says he'll submit T.J. if the fight goes to the ground. Both guys are confident.

FIGHT- Roland Delrome vs. T.J. Dillashaw
Roland is 3 inches taller and has a 4 inch reach advantage. Steve Mazzagatti is the referee.

ROUND 1- T.J. takes Roland down immediately. Roland gets up, though. T.J. gets another takedown and is on top. T.J. advances into side control. Roland is trying to flip out of it. Roland flips out and gets up. After some trading of shots, T.J. gets another takedown. T.J. is in side control. T.J. is working his ground-and-pound. Roland stands up, but T.J. takes him right down again. T.J. is going for the submission, but Roland fights out of it. They stand up. Roland is gassed. They trade punches. Roland charges in and lands a kick. Roland attaches himself to T.J. but they're too slippery. T.J. is on top as the rounds ends.

ROUND 2- T.J. drops Roland with a huge right. Roland is covering up, but T.J. is relentless. Roland is holding on for dear life. T.J. starts dropping some nasty elbows. Again and again with the elbows. Roland is having his will broken by T.J., who flattens Roland out and forces the submission.

WINNER- T.J. Dillashaw by Submission

An impressive showing by T.J.. Roland is very emotional. Team Mayhem won 5 while Team Bisping won 3. The coaches and Dana White meet with the fighters to discuss the next round match-ups. The guys have some interesting things to say, mainly that they want the easiest path. Sounds about right to me. They're here to win the whole thing.

Dana announces the next round match-ups as T.J. vs. Dustin Pague and John Dodson vs. Johnny Bedford at Bantamweight and Akira vs. Dennis Bermudez and Diego vs. Bryan Caraway at Featherweight. Should be some good fights.

NEXT WEEK- Dennis vs. Akira and a Team Bisping prank
