UFC on FOX 1 weigh-ins take place Nov. 11 at California's Santa Monica Pier

The Ultimate Fighting Championship is heading outdoors - well, for weigh-ins at least.

The official weigh-in ceremony for next week's historic UFC on FOX 1 event will take place at California's iconic Santa Monica Pier.

The ceremony, which sees UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and top contender Junior Dos Santos lead a contingent of 20 fighters to the scale, begins at 7 p.m. ET (4 p.m. PT local time). The festivities are free and open to the public.
