LAS VEGAS - No one wants to be a stepping stone, but veteran fighter Vladimir Matyushenko likely will be remembered as the the opponent who thrust Alexander Gustafsson into serious title consideration.The fast-rising Swedish light heavyweight needed a little more than two minutes to scored a TKO victory over 41-year-old Matyushenko, a fighter 16 years his elder.
The fight was part of the pay-per-view main card of UFC 141 and followed prelims on Facebook and Spike TV.
