The last time Dan Henderson was in the UFC, he scored a knockout to remember. After coaching "The Ultimate Fighter" against Michael Bisping, Henderson was matched up with the Brit at UFC 100. Bisping circled towards Henderson's power hand, and Hendo made him pay for it.
After going 3-1 and winning the light heavyweight belt in Strikeforce, he's back in the UFC. Will he be able to stiffen Mauricio "Shogun" Rua like he did Bisping? Tell us in the comments or on Facebook.

What does a 41-year-old man look like after going five rounds in a classic MMA bout that you will tell your kids about? This:
With the adrenaline of the evening still pumping, it's easy to say that Dan Henderson's tight win over Mauricio "Shogun" Rua was the best fight in UFC history. There's no quantitative way to gauge if this was better than every other fight to grace the Octagon.
But I know that this is a fight I will continue to talk about with friends, family, and complete strangers. I know this is a fight that I feel lucky to have watched live. I know that this fight will sit on my DVR until the piece of machinery dies so that I can watch the bout again and again. I know that it covered both the canvas and Henderson's shorts in blood:
A fight like that will leave a mark on MMA fans, but it remains to be seen what Henderson's next step is. UFC president Dana White said in the post fight press conference that Henderson has secured a title shot, but timing will dictate if it's at middleweight or light heavyweight.

At UFC 139 on Saturday night, Tom Lawlor pulled out another walkout to remember. The day after attending weigh-ins dressed as Steven Seagal, Lawlor walked out the Olivia Newton-John classic "Let's Get Physical," and used an exercise band to pump up along the way.
Unfortunately for Lawlor, the walkout didn't help him win his fight. Chris Weidman choked him unconscious in the first round. Still, kudos to any fighter who brings Olivia Newton-John to the Octagon.

After Dan Henderson won the five-round classic over Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, both fighters missed the post-fight press conference. Henderson took a few minutes to talk about his fight while being tended to by medical personnel.
Yeah, it's cool. He's just getting an IV while discussing that he thought he definitely won the first three rounds and possibly the fourth round, that he would like a title shot at light heavyweight, how Shogun tried to "Rocky Balboa" him, and how he thought he was one or two shots away from the bout being stopped early on.

Chris Leben has battled demons his entire career. Now he's got another fight on his hands facing a one-year suspension after testing positive for two banned substances following UFC 138.
For shows in the U.K., the UFC oversees drug testing:
Zuffa, LLC, owner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship ("the UFC"), today released information stating that middleweight fighter Chris Leben tested positive for Oxycodone and Oxymorphone following his Nov. 5 loss to Mark Munoz in the main event of UFC 138 in Birmingham, England.
Leben, who served a one-year suspension back in 2008 and 2009 following UFC 89 for using Stanozolol, apologized.

Sometimes it's hard to tell if Chael Sonnen is serious when he goes off certain media members. Often times it's part of the bit.
On Wednesday, during an interview on Canada's "Off the Record," Sonnen's act seemed pretty real. Towards the end of a contentious interview, Sonnen took off his microphone and bailed on the conversation.
OTR host Michael Landsberg began the discussion by asking Sonnen why he backed down from his challenge of "leaving the UFC" if lost to Anderson Silva in their eventual fight in 2012.
"You might want to take the base out of your tone, I'm not sure you know who you're talking to here, but I've never backed down from anything, so check your facts," stated Sonnen.
"What are you talking about?," asked Sonnen. "What is this, your first day on the job? You're mixing five different stories here. This is like doing amateur hour or something. What show am I on here? Is this for public radio?"
Sonnen said he couldn't back away from an offer, since the offer was never accepted by Silva. That's when his sharp tongue began slice away at Canada.
"That's not how offers work. Is that how you do business in Canada? Cause in my country, that created business, offers expire," Sonnen said. "I made him an offer, apparently it didn't work, he didn't accept it. It's not that I backed down, but apparently I need to present him with a new offer. You guys probably don't do that in socialism, but in America, in a capitalistic society, that's how things work."
Five minutes into the second take, Landsberg and Sonnen were still verbally sparring and the fighter decided to leave.
So who really snapped - Sonnen or Landsberg?
